Series of three posts: 1, 2, 3

Yesterday (because it is 4:51AM now and I am somehow still editing images), I went on a daytrip to Missisauga with my friend Ashley. Our mission was two-fold; we had to deliver her phone to a repair place, and test out my new, old, film lenses (read more here). The day trip was a success, I got to see Square One Mall for the first time, and I must say the lenses (well one of them) really impressed me. I only got to shoot with the new Nikon 24mm f2.8, because, well, it was so much fun I completely forgot I had the 50mm f1.8 E series “pancake” lens with me. The lens is super sharp and in spite of being manual, I found it easy to use. But I’ll let you judge for yourselves; and hopefully I’ll have an update tomorrow in regards to the other lens. Image details: RAW files edited in RAWTherapee, then resized with Gimp. The location for the other images is Rattray Marsh Conservation area, in Missisauga, Ontario. Feel free to click on the images for larger sizes. Enjoy!
