I’ll make this post quick because it is way too late at night. My sound driver was giving me trouble on my computer and I had to look into it before writing this. But yeah, I have some interesting things to tell you that happened to me today, so here I go.
I took the bus this afternoon to meet up with my friend Rich and on the bus I encountered this interesting advertisement sign. I guess the regional municipality of Waterloo is taking public education very seriously and is telling us how “Poetry is the way to go!”
With those thoughts in mind, I headed over to meet Rich. We did a little photo session as we walked through Victoria Park …and then another one at Market Square in Waterloo. While in Victoria Park there were quite some ducks that for some reason were convinced that I had food on me… so they approached quite a LOT!
Rich
True Canadian duck …from the True North, strong and free …truly unafraid!
There was also a heron, which sadly I did not have a large enough lens to capture properly. Too bad, those blue birds are quite photogenic!
Eventually later in the evening I had the chance to watch the movie “500 days of Summer” as well at the Princess Twin Cinema. It was great! Two thumbs up! Go and see it! Here’s a preview!
